Disappointed

I am writing this on behalf of my aut Livhuwani Linnet Mbedzi on the 27th October someone withdrew R5000 from her capitec account, and she went to the bank to report the incident. She was told that there is nothing they can do she must go open a case with the police, when she got to the police she was told there's a lot of such cases and nothing is being done about it. This is frustrating because she was working as a domestic worker and lost her job during the lockdown this is the mo ney she was saving to finish off her house that she is building, now she has lost it all and no wants to account for this. When we take our monies to the bank we expecting it to be in safe hands and we paying for the services we do not expect such.I feel that this issue was not handled professionally, I am extremely disappointed I must say.
