Disappointed

I'm so disappointed in the way Capitec Bank handles the eft reversal policy. What happened was that I made an eft payment to a corporation, which sells appliances. I made that payment from my Capitec account to an Nedbank account, then I realised after numerous contact with both companies that my items are not going to be delivered anytime soon. I called Capitec to reverse the payment and they told me I would pay a recall fine, which I really don't have a problem with, as long as I can get my money back. What surprised me is that I was told that there would be a possibility of not getting my money back and that I would have to wait for 7 or up to 14 days. I mean this is my money not anyone else's. I'm a loyal client of Capitec Bank, but this policy of theirs is so appalling.

The problem have affected me physically, mentally and financially as I've stressed too much to the point whereby I'm depressed.
