Disappointed

it's very difficult to contact Capitec Bank debt review department, i have a been trying to get settlement letters for a credit card account and a personal loan account, which i need separate letters for i was told they cant be sent separately. i was told to email to CCSEnquiries but they take for ever to respond. when i ask for number to call i was told that they are not available telephonically.
