Disappointed
Well I'm not happy with the fact that Capitec thinks they have a right to take money from my account just because I'm only one month in arrears with my loan without making any contact with me or whatsoever. I've made arrangements with them but still don't want to refund me. My kids had no bread to carry to school today thanks to Capitec. You'll don't even deserve that 1* rating
