Disappointed

I have been with Capitec for more or less over 8years. I have an Arbitrage business account. I have a current account and my international salary gets paid into the account. I travel alot and use my card but want a credit card for better security. I app**** online received references, then got denied as I did not have credit else where. I earn more than enough and been with Capitec with so much history for them to see. My credit score in clearscore is 662... I had a bond with nedbank and previously had a capitec credit card which I closed due to being retrenched. So disappointed as I can get a credit card with another bank but capitec won't assist me. Very sad indeed.
