Disappointed

3 weeks ago my bank account was blocked and stopped I went to the eastrand mall branch where the logged a query , they kept my id card thereafter the regional manager called me and told me that she took my id card and gave it to her friend and that she will call me wen I can go collect my id card at Eldorado park branch never happened 3 weeks later im still waiting for my id card
