Disappointed

I am so disappointed as one of the loyal customers at Capitec bank since 5yrs.my account has bigger transactions from way back until this day.I tried applying for a temporary loan of less than R5000 but they told me I don't qualify"Why".ive been building my profile with them all these years for nothing.Just to break it down, I am now an FNB client for less than a year, but guess what I do qualify for temporary loan, what's the difference.Now I will continue to build my credit with FNB for future purposes....
