Disapearing money

Mercantile use to be a very good bank till my problems started 2021 August when a large amount of money went missing out of my account without a trace.They luckily found the problem but i only got half of the amount returned as there where a glitch in their system. Currently i have been struggling for the last 5 months to get moneys returned from transactions that went of double from my account with no trace of the second amount going of. I eventially did a test transaction to prove my point as i was told the moneys didn't go of twice and finally i found someone that could trace the deductions the minute it went of my account with no visible trace on my statements. But here it am 5 months later still struggling to get the other transactions refunded after hordes if emails and calls that proves the moneys went out of my account although it doesnt show on the statements without success. Hope this makes every Mercantile customer aware to check every transaction especially on a cashback. If it werent for the sms system we would never have noticed when the money disappeared as the statements shows the money is available but the actual truth and sms history shows a whole different story.
