Diepkloof Staff is trash

We understand that it's Sunday but lying to customers so that you can not work or close doors early is unacceptable.

I went to capitec bank in diepkloof square, one atm was working, I went inside the branch and Thabiso or whatever his name is doing the floor walk or manning the entrance, he told me that there's no option of depositing inside. Since when is this a thing cause I always make deposits inside a branch?
