Did no justice shame

So last week Saturday I received an SMS saying that my money has been deducted by clientel of which I know nothing of that policy and I couldn't go to the bank immediately because am at school and this was my pocket money for the month. Clientel took 486 Rands of my money and I went to Capitec Bank in mthatha circus triangle the lady helped me redo my and and we called clientel the two men I spoke with told me they can't revers my money and has unspeakable excuses that I did this and whatsoever so now that I tell them that I don't know this the guy said he can cancel but " I won't have the money back" and Capitec failed reverse my money.
