Deposits taken

i am on the phone with Zikhona right now as we speak, I had money deposited this afternoon and received an sms confirming the deposit but to my surprise my final balance was R0.00. According to Zikhona some merchants that i used my card at didnt bank their transactions therefore Capitec let me spend money I dont have. My question: Since when are Capitec saving accounts, over draft accounts? I went through my transactions with Zikhona and as far as i could see my expenditures were accounted for. I need the monies deposited in my account today 22/07/2015 returned with immediate effect. Had you notified me that my SAVINGS account had over draft facilities i wouldnt have banked with you. or had you sent me communication stating the amount i owe i wouldve made provisions for it. Its too late now as i had to find out the hard way. I WANT THE TRANSACTION REVERSED AND THE AMOUNT REFLECTING IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP.
