Deposits not allowed inside the branch
Im very disappointed with capitec branch in kaalfontein main. It's been almost 2 weeks the atms are not working, we can't even deposit money inside the branch because deposits are not working. What kind of bank does that to its clients, especially on month end? Now we must take taxis to deposit money. *******!

I'd like to commend the Capitec team for their quick response to my grievance. Spoke to a couple theccomplaints department, Sello the assistant branch manager, as well as the regional manager and I hope their solutions will be implemented in the future.
