Deposit not reflecting due to the DR Machine

Friday 07 October 2022 I went to edenvale capitec to deposit my daughters school fees in to my account so transfer it, as I was busy with the DR Machine, it's had said deposit canceled for like 15 minutes, I called a guy from capitec to come and thats when I was told to come inside to log a folt that I was told it will be resolved with in 24 hours... On Saturday morning I received an sms to say they are busy with the matter and they will get back to me, weekend passed which was understood, Monday was they might communicate till this day, I went to the branch which sanelisiwe helped alot but I still don't understand why is it that my money that was taken by there machine must give me problems, I need to pay my daughter school fees as urgently... I am not happy with 24 hours that turn out to a research because there is no communication between us and 24 hours has passed already I want my money, to them its like it's normal but not to us, we work for our money not to be investigated
