Deposit money by ATM not reflecting

Yesterday I deposited money in at the ATM at Fairbridge mall and when the deposit was done the ATM showed Out of Service! One of the assistants came out to tell me that while I was busy they saw the Terminal was showing an Error. He told me that my account will be credited with the amount of money I paid in with in 12 to 24 hours but when I did a follow up now they telling me that I should wait another 48hrs. Capitec is the worst bank ever!!!!!!! The people in the branch promised me that one of the investigators would call me within a hour and 24hrs later I'm still waiting on that call!!!
