Deposit fee to high

The only way t reach the attention of Capitec Bank is through hello peter. On Tuesday 15 September 2026 i used for the first time in my life their coin deposit machine and deposited R939. To my amazement my total charge was R140, 85. i immediately laid a complained at customer service. I spoke to an agent called Mashudu Ramonetha ( called patience ). She logged a complained for me and gave me a referece number EI-***7. Today when i tried to follow up on my complain , I spoke to an agent named Nthabi Manyane. The latter mention that she can find any complained that was lodged under such a reference number and also due to technical problems she cannot get access to site where incidents are reported. However, she then mention a person who last had an interaction with me, but she mentioned an other name. The last person i spoke to was Mashudu Ramonetha. My complained was based on as to why are your fees at ATM for coin deposits so high. I deposit R939 and was charged R140.85
