Deposit cash not reflecting

Someone deposited R1010.00 i n my account i firsrtly double checked and my a ccount was on zero balance.i only reiceived R186.00 and i am told i was on a minus as reflecting on my statement.i did have money and my online provide statement does not reflect and cash received .i seems as if i lost my money because no one bother to check futher
