***** department says they cant help
Phoned there ***** departement to report mandates thats loaded lady tells me she cant help me nor block my account for them to deduct money same company loaded 9 times debit orders with diffrent names but with same contact details.How is it possibile for them not to be abile to help yet we trust them with our money.
time to change to a bank that will help
