***** department is USELESS!!

***** Department is absolute trash! A bunch of useless people who could not give one flying **** about helping a client. You may as well just wait on the coming Messiah than to expect to hear from their investigator regarding the progress or outcome of your case. You will be put on hold for over 30 minutes until the app kicks you out. A simple request for a repudiation letter took almost 2 weeks to reach me, and even still, it does not reflect what they said to me telephonically. The last agent whom I was on the line with today, Dineo, was absolutely rude and impatient.
