I transferred money to someone with intentions to rent her space, agreement changed and I did not move it to her flat. I requested that I get my deposit back, she kept taking me back and forth I called Capitec bank they then froze the funds and I ask me to bring affidavit and case number which I did. Few weeks passed they sent me an email asking for court order, I went up and down trying to get the court order I finally got it. I sent them the court order on Tuesday before election. No1 rep**** and confirm if it's correct or not

I called on Thursday they're client care department kept taking me back and forth I gave up But 1 guy tried he said he's gonna send an email and find out

Friday I called again yhooo I was holding for hrs until someone picked up then she said she's going to send it through she can see the court order

I finally understand why most clients give up on their money and just change banks Because this is sooooo not on yhoo Capitec ***** department and client care Hai they must just close and let *****sters do the job cz wooow what's this
