Denied credit for foreign nationals without PR

My bank that I use to love and brag about for years but all that changed this year as I've been in need of credit but due to the fact that I'm a foreign national... Capitec consultants simply told me that I don't qualify as I don't hold a PR... really??? They even checked on their system numerous times, different months apart but it still rejected and also left the consultants that assisted me puzzled as to why. Who banks with a bank that doesn't help when one is in need??? So us foreign nationals we good to bank with you but not good enough to get credit from you no matter how much we earning? We not ********* guys learn to keep all your customers happy .
