Denied access & seevice

I've been denied access by capitec bank prospecton because I didn't want to use their sanitizer and I did explain to the manager that some sanitizers are bad for my skin so I always carry own and I did use it in front of them but still I was denied access. This is very bad and unacceptable to be denied service just because I use my own sanitizer.
