Delays with capitec bank and level of service is **********

Good day. I get paid internationally from a company in Dubai as a freelancer..My salary was paid 10 days ago already and I have still not received it from capitec Bank.All my other colleagues with other banks received their salary on the same day. I have my account with capitec for 10 years already but I'm strongly thinking about changing banks as the level of service is just ridiculous
