Delays on paying for the Funeral policy

I would like to warn everyone who has a funeral policy at Capitec bank that if you don't have a beneficiary or he/she died before you as a beneficiary Capitec don't pay the lump sum, instead they give your family the run around to go to court and get a letter of authority before they pay out. Literally they looking for a loophole not to pay the money out. Worse if u are someone who did not notify your family members about who you wrote as a beneficiary, Capitec don't tell you whose the beneficiary they saying its their policy not to disclose.
