Delays by capitec resulted in an unsuccessful reca

I called Capitec 2 weeks ago to recall and EFT that i had done. they told me this process would 7 days and a mandatory fee will be charged, which i did not mind paying. They informed me this process would take up to 7days, on day 8 i called capitec bank requesting feedback and was told the matter was currently under investigation. On day 9 i called again and was told the matter was referred to FNB recall department and they will contact me once they have feedback. i ask the agent i spoke to why were they not being proactive and inquiring with FNB instead of waiting for a response as they were lessening the likelihood of me getting my money back. She was unable to answer my question. Today -DAY12 i get an sms from Capitec informing me the recall was unsuccessful, when i try calling the SIBOLEKE ZENZILE on the details sent in the sms, they just ring.<br> SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW MY BANK IS GOING TO HELP ME GET MY R1100 BACK??? OR SHOULD IT BE WRITTEN OFF???
