Delaying funeral policy claims payouts05
Delaying funeral policy claim unnecessary with an unknown assessment. No updates and lack of communication and the needs to be burried tomorrow. I lodged a claim on the 9th December 2025 till now on the 12th no response.Their 24hrs turned to be 100hrs of stress.

12 Dec 2025, 07:50When you app**** for a funeral policy you state the relationship of you and the person you insure,when the person is dead you being suspected of ***** and delaying the process.Saying they sent you notifications of which they are lying.People better think twice before taking capitec funeral policy or have a back up plan.Now I'm stucked with the deceased body.Mortuary needs their money,where foods ,tents and all needed things for burial since I am not working I can't even apply for a loan.Capitec is a joke and a big ****.
