Delayed Retrenchment Claim

I have a credit card with Capitec and I was recently retrenched. I submitted all the forms in the beginning of January. Capitec can give you the credit immediately but when you are not working they expect you to make payments like you're working so they can take 3 to 4 months to asses your claim. I've been a customer for years and I definitely won't go back after this. The service is disgusting.
