DELAYED MERCHANT PAYMENT

Capitec Bank service is very poor. You issued our business with Merchant Device two years ago and finance our business. I do appreciate your business assistance. Now because our business is very busy and well marketed...we attract a lot of customers. You started bullying our business by delaying Merchant payment. You are holding our payment for more than 48 hours before you released the fund and we have to send the supporting documents for each and every payment made by our customer. Your service is very frustrating. I thought one of the reasons to fund our business is to help us grow.
