Delayed Loan Application

If you require an urgent loan to be approved I'd suggest you do that with another financial institution. The consultants promised that the loan approval takes only 6 hours, however I was made to wait for three days, they didn't even have the courtesy to call and give me an update. I am utterly disappointed in their service.
