De*****ed by my bank

On the 11th of January I had transferred R400 into an account that belongs to my colleagues girlfriend, upon transaction I was advised by his girlfriend that the account has been closed due to the bank investigating her Capitec account.

I called in the Capitec customer careline for some assistance and was told I could not reverse the transaction due to the investigation, The following day on the 11th I received a correction my funds have been reversed by Capitec bank. On the 19th of January sometime between 09:00 AM I receive and SMS again from Capitec being advised that R400 has been deducted from my account, between 02:00 AM on the 20th I receive yet another SMS from the bank stating "Your savings account has a negative balance. We app**** set-off, which means R2.23 was debited to account 162****** and R2.23 credited to account 138****** to partially recover the negative balance. Outstanding balance: R338.39. Info ***" because I don't understand what's going on I contact my bank needing clarification, I manage to a an agent by the name of Lindiwe and she keeps on putting me on hold time and time again and the call took about 30 minutes. Lindiwe finally gets back to me and I receive feedback that the R400 that I received into my account wasn't suppose to be returned and it was returned by the bank and therefore I now owe the bank R338.39. How is this possible because this R400 belongs to me and I just needed my cash to be reversed/returned to me?

I've banked with Capitec bank for years now and there never been any ********** activity on my account and when I need my bank the most they fail to to assist me as one of their loyal customers. I'm afraid if this issue isn't resolved by the bank by tomorrow non I'll have to close my account with them because I feel like I'm being de*****ed by my bank.

Well, you guys do it again, no one called in on my previous complaint and now they transact an amount of 300 and something from my account. I'm definitely moving to another bank
