Definitely not a click away.

Well i did an application to switch my bond to Capitec. As their advert says " just a click away" it's no where near just a click away. #Win was not in my favour. **** the hoops one has to jump through just to switch my bond. Its like they don't want or need my business. First it's the tedious task of completing the form. Then all the damn documents you have to accumulate. Bank statements, Bond statements, ID, proof of income, proof of address, assets, liabilities. Now you know mos Covit just put a spanner in the work of all this and everything has to be done online. OMW what a slepp and a waist of time. So if anyone has had any success to prove me wrong good for you but this is my experience of just a click away bond switch and for sure i didn't #win this round at Capitec. Thank you Capitec for making us realise that maybe we are just to old to enjoy this benefit on offer. Go well.
