Deductions from Capitec which are not consented

I am so perplexed at the level of unprofessionalism with Capitec, I am unemployed and I I receive UIF benefits into my Capitec account, they deducted R480 from my account saying they offsetting another account that is on negative,firstly capitec does not have an overdraft facility which means you use what you have, I don't even know why my linked savings account was on negative and it has been like that for over 8 years, they just decided to take out money to pay that account without my consent and when I asked they say is new policies, but they never discussed it with me as their client so that I can be aware as to what is happening. Is not the right time to be taking money from the poor times are hard we can hardly put food on the table, I can't be paying something I don't know
