deductions

i have experienced deductions in my savings account without my approval or knowledge. and i have gone to the bank explaining this all, they apologised and assured me it wont happen again, yet this month it happened again. i cant even buy medicine for my son, before i am able they deduct more on a random date which is unacceptable. they take a double payment and after that still make additional deductions as they see fit...
