Deduction issues

Over the weekend i had my fibre provider deducting another installment after i paid them via EFT on the 23rd i went to the Capitec branch on Saturday the 1st in Three Rivers Vereeniging where consultant 4 helped me around 10 to 11 i'm not good with names but i would like to say thank you even though my issue with Web Africa isn't sorted consultant 4 tried her best to get the issue resolved that deseves a compliment Kind Regards Frans
