Deducting loan repayments as you please

I have had a loan with you guys for over 4 years i have never short paid you or missed a payment , I went into the branch to inform them I want to change the debit order date as to when I will receive the money , I made a arrangement to pay by the 5th of every month, after doing this I received my UIF money and you deducted it, had to go into the branch to reverse the debit order as that was not the arrangement, I paid both the loans the 31st of January I’m not in arrears, then you decided to just go and deduct again the 14th had to get a reversal as I have already paid for the month the againlast night you decided to just help yourself again, the consultant at the branch keeps telling me it’s system generated, I actually couldn’t give two hoots I am a good account holder , the money that was taken last night needs to be reversed and I will not pay banking changes for all these reversals, enough is enough, sort it out as per my voice recorded agreement or I will be forced to close my account as you cannot just deduct as you please , as I have paid for the month already!!!!!
