Deducting loan repayment before salary deposited

This is an ongoing problem that I have addressed with the bank on numerous occasions but they keep doing it. At the end of the month on payday they deduct my loan repayment early in the morning and I only get paid that evening. Most times there are less money still in my account than the loan repayment. <br> <br> When I want to buy myself lunch at work, or some other transaction which I know I have money for, my card is declined and I am stuck red faced at the dealer. I have on numerous occasions complained at the branch and every time the consultant tells me it will not happen again they have moved repayment to a day later.<br> <br> But it seems as though the bank know my salary date and then just do it again the next month. It has happened at occasion that I needed to buy medicine or fuel with my last money and then my transaction is refused. when paying for fuel and the card declines I am stuck and they don't even want me to leave the petrol station. I have to phone friends or family to 'bail me out' until I get paid later that day.<br> <br> It is absolutely breaking my self image when I have to beg friends or family for help when I know I have money. It reflects bad on me as person.<br>
