Deducted before contract date

I have a Capitec loan, when I took out the loan I gave bank statements and pay slips. It was agreed that they will deduct the payment on 27th of each. I have this in the original contract. Last year they took money earlier and December. This year I then asked them to not debit my account before the agreed upon date. They rep**** and confirmed it will not be deducted earlier, reference number ***2. On 18 December 2015 they deducted they payment, I phoned and asked them to refund as they were not authorized to do this. This was at 07:22. The agent said she will escalate. At 12:31 I phoned for a status and no status could be provided. I then phoned at 15:12 and the agent requested to phone back, she phoned back at 15:46. The agent then said I must provide proof that I did not receive my salary, I said I will not as they are in breach of contract, she then called her manager. I then heard her and the manager discus me, quite rude. Then the manager spoke to me, also rude and unwilling to help. <br>
