Deduct whenever they want

Ive been to the branch without success.Ive a loan and the debit order should only go off at the end of every month as my salary does not always get paid in on the same date.capitec for the last year or more has decided they can put the debit order through whenever they please.Even taking double payments in December.Absa has now smsd saying they are going to report negatively on my credit profile.This us unfair.Im thinking of going to my lawyer and the national credit regulator and the ombudsman !!!
