Declining of Credit even after paying good and never missing a payment

Dear Capitec i am so disappointed in your choice of credit lending i have been banking with capitec for over 19 + years last year i app**** for a loan to which i was approved with very high interest rates i decided to take it on and paid on time every month never missed a payment and even settled the full amount earlier i thereafter wanted a new loan to secure vehicle finance and you guys declined me stating that my credit score was low but on the first loan to which was paid in full and timeously my credit score was also low but you approved me , i don't understand how your scoring works since i had a good reputation and paid in full my last credit i expected a better outcome from this bank i am very disappointed in this matter yet u will still hand out loans to people who don't pay you back and decline the ones who built a good credit history with you guys very very disappointing as capitec client .
