Declined with no concrete reason

I have been banking with capitec for many moons, I trusted the consultant that they will build for me to get access to their facilities if I move to them.. I have affordability and and still get declined and I wonder why no exceptions are made because our situations differ...or I asked for consolidation if can't be approved..no luck i wasted my time ..and will leave this bank they don't care
