Decline credit card, although I don't pay the bond on my credit bureau record

App**** for credit card, which was declined, because of our bond that is on my credit bureau record, although my husband pays the bond. Capitec is the only bank that aren't willing to remove the bond which is on my credit bureau as part of my debt, cause I don't pay it. I am very disgusted and disappointed with Capitec, even though I bank there. Opened an African Bank account and looking to move over to African Bank.
