December's personal loan debit order taken off 10 days earlier

December's personal loan debit order taken off early - 10 days prior to my usual date. When call help line they reverse same however my credit record has taken a knock. And apparently this is going to happen every year, because some clients get paid early. When asked if they can't mark the account stating that the client doesn't get paid earlier, the answer was no you will have to call each year to correct this. And your credit record is going to be messed up every year.

This is unacceptable. Extremely angry and this didn't happen last year so why now. Surely you can also see the clients payment dates over the years??????
