December pay dates

Every December very poor service. I have had my account many years and so the access facility. Never 1 debit order missed. Yet every year I get a message from the 14th that my account has not been paid. In all the years I have never been paid early. I get salary every December the 22nd or 23rd. Every December when my salary goes in Capitec gets their debit order. I called the call centre and they are rude telling me that employers pay December the 13th. Whose employer?? Not mine. Look at my account. If this effects my credit score I am contacting an ombudsman!! I want this sorted URGENT. ***
