December debit orders ******** without prior consent to debit earlier!

I am highly ****ed off that you debited my account (Capitec account) for my personal load (Capitec) and Credit card (Capitec) on the 14th of December 2018, without any consent whatsoever!!!!!!! I reversed it though, costing me R50 for your INCOMPETENCE. I understand some people get their salaries earlier in December, that does not mean everybody does!!! At least send a ^(&*^&*^% sms to allow consent. i.e Please reply YES if we may debit your account on such and such dates and NO to keep as is. Not just steamroll on and do as you please. ****** ridiculous to say the least. My patience with Capitec is nearing it's end...
