Deceased salary

I would like to write zbout capitec bank. My brother passed on the 23rd and buried on the 28th April 2024. He was receiving salary with capitec bank. His account was closed due to his death. Masters gave us a letter stating to pay us my brothers salary. They said 21 days and it has passed now they say 7 to 14 days.how cone cspitec bank be so difficult about this knowing that we need this money. I'm so disappointed in the way they are handling their business.
