I'm very disappointed and frustrated by this banks DECEASED ESTATE DEPARTMENT. To make matters worse they have a bad reputation in general for a few years now yet no one seems to improving the service in any way or from. I made a call to check up on the progress of the incident I logged in December 2023 and I was told 'WITHIN 10 DAYS" the money would be transferred into my account. TODAY is that 10th day and still NOTHING. Wasted my airtime trying to get through, yet no one is available since 9am this morning.

It might not matter to the employees that work in that department but people are actually in need of those funds hence the reason why it's so important to deal with them speedily not take your own sweet Jesus time.

Could a manager or someone, please just help me get the funds transferred to me ASAP because it's urgently needed and I'm very serious, it's a matter of life and death here..
