Debt review status

I have made a lot of calls to their collections department legal and I’m not getting any job I have been cleared from debt review for 3 years sent them the necessary documentation and I waited out the period only to find that they haven’t updated my status made a few calls again and one consultant said my status was cleared when I went on the app the app said I was recently placed on debt review whereas I’ve sent them my clearance certificate this is truly an inconvenience
