Debt review not updated

So here is my story, it's been 2 months been removed from debt review, but capitec bank still see the flag on my account, they say it's not removed yet,the funny part is the use experian as their credit bureau, but in my credit profile with experian the flag has been removed, my score on the capitec app is the same as my score on experian, but yet they still see the flag on their end,my question is how is it that your own credit bureau provider doesn't have the flag,but you guy as capitec has the flag on my profile?
