Debt review flag removal

i sent my debt review clearance certificate and all relevant documents to capitec to remove the debt review flag on my profile two weeks ago but still dololo, i even called them several times only to be told its still pending. i mean how much time do one need to update a profile? ja ne kthiwa hamba uzobona lol manje ngbona ngo C straight
