Debt Review Flag

Years ago I was put under debt review. Got it removed from my profile as well as all the creditors. I am struggling to get this flag removed from their system. Have been banking with them for years and can't apply for anything through them because of this flag. I have been sent from pillar to post. Today alone, I spoke to 4 people who could not assist me. This is so emotionally draining
