debt review flag

been trying to apply for a loan only to find out the rejection is from an inquiry that was made on my profile i then emailed the company which responded with a letter confirming that i have no debt review flag on my profile i then emailed experian they also responded that there is no debt review flag on my profile i then emailed the documents to capitec they also confirmed that the is no debt review flag on my profile and was told to call their collection department thinking i will get an explanation and assurance that it will be removed instead i was send from pillar to post until a consultant by the name of athenkosi who asked i give the email i sent i did and he gave me an email for the department that deals with such i emailed them and no reply was returned to me now im stuck i can't apply for a loan to finish building process cause if experian is not aware of the flag how? Did it get on my profile
